Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

• Basic understanding of product development cycles and operational workflows

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and document detailed requirements
• Assist in managing and prioritizing the product backlog based on business objectives and user needs
• Identify user problems by reviewing session recordings and user feedback
• Conduct product benchmarks to analyze market trends and competitor offerings
• Assist product managers with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and readiness
• Support the creation and maintenance of comprehensive product documentation
• Effectively coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to meet deadlines
• Help document standard operating procedures and best practices for product workflows

Preferred Qualifications

Prior internship experience in product management, software development, business analysis, or business intelligence
