Junior Product Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Junior Product Manager at Liven, a company creating products for integrating knowledge about human behavior into daily life. As a product manager, you will generate hypotheses to improve product metrics through A/B testing, research and optimize user journey, build new directions in the product, and control the product development process.

Requirements

• Must-have: Ability to systemically approach problem-solving - find the root cause of a problem, break it down into smaller components, and form solutions
• Experience working on a product or in product analytics with hypothesis generation
• Experience working with data analysis services (Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or others)
• Ability to take responsibility and complete tasks 'from 0 to 1
• High level of motivation and desire for development
• Level of English proficiency: Upper Intermediate (B2)

Responsibilities

• Generate hypotheses for improving products metrics through A/B testing
• Research and optimize user journey for improving customer experience
• Build new directions in the product and processes within them with the team
• Control the product development process from idea to analysis
• Conduct comprehensive research on market, users, and competitors for finding growth points in the product

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of UX/UI patterns
• Experience setting tasks and communicating with a development team, understanding development processes
