Requirements

• +2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience working on website or digital product optimization projects
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Passion for data-driven decision-making and using A/B testing to enhance user experience and business impact

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion rates across key website pages
• Continuously refine copy, design, and visual assets to enhance user engagement and overall performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, and marketing teams to implement test results and drive improvements
• Utilize experimentation platforms like Optimizely (or similar tools) to manage and track testing efforts
• Define, monitor, and interpret key performance metrics to assess test effectiveness and inform decision-making
• Support broader product management initiatives, including roadmap development, stakeholder communication, and feature prioritization

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize, or other experimentation platforms (preferred but not required)
