Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in program analysis, evaluation, and management
• Proven ability to support program planning, audits, and evaluations
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Support VHA in program planning, audits, and evaluations related to healthcare programs and projects
• Assist in program analysis and strategic planning initiatives
• Contribute to integrated master scheduling and event planning
• Support Congressional Affairs activities and metrics reporting
• Assist in the development and management of financial management systems
• Contribute to risk management efforts and ensure compliance with established guidelines and standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide input on program improvements
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to program activities and outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal healthcare agencies
• Certification in Project Management or Program Evaluation
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
