Summary

The job is for a Junior Business Analyst at 3Horizons, an innovative management consulting firm that empowers businesses to achieve their potential. The role involves understanding strategic issues of clients, performing analysis, conducting primary research, translating data into insights, presenting at team and client meetings, and participating in the development of 3Horizons ecosystem and its ventures.

Requirements

• Science, Technology, Engineering or Management Masters Degree
• 0.5-2 years of experience
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required, database, and statistical data analysis software are well appreciated
• Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills are all essential to this position

Responsibilities

• Understanding the client's strategic issues
• Delivering outstanding analyses and documents to senior members of the team
• Structuring and performing analysis, and conducting primary research, to uncover insights that support recommendations to clients
• Translating data into meaningful insights and recommendations
• Presenting at team and client meetings
• Determining the most practical way to drive lasting results based on your insights, working with senior executives
• Participating actively in the development of 3HORIZONS ecosystem and its ventures
• Ensuring a good relationship with clients, listening to their challenges and needs
• Designing and conceptualisation of MVP (Minimum Viable Products)

Preferred Qualifications

Italian language is considered a plus
