Join our team as a Project Coordinator, focusing on PCI Engagements, and work with a team of experienced Compliance managers and consultants to ensure projects stay on track.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business/project management, or a related discipline
- Thorough understanding of project management and tools available
- Works efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment, establishing processes and building new strategies
- Proven experience in project coordination
Responsibilities
- Schedule resources to client projects based upon directives from Engagement Managers and Managing Consultants
- Execute schedule changes to client projects including resource and task assignments
- Execute documents that require Executives' signatures
- Reschedule current clients for subsequent year audits
- Monitor team KPIβs and coordinate with task owners for updates
- Monitor client evidence milestones and escalate identified issues
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of project management experience successfully managing projects
- CRM/Salesforce experience highly preferred
- Interest in security, compliance and/or audit
