Summary

Assist in preparing proposals, cost estimates, and project documentation. Monitor project progress, report status updates, and maintain accurate records. Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in mechanical, electrical, materials, or welding engineering
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in project support, coordination, or engineering
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and cost tracking
  • Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn technical aspects of projects
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a project team
  • Strong communication skills and proactive attitude
  • Very good command of English to communicate and read technical documentation

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and updating of project schedules and budgets under the supervision of senior team members
  • Assist in coordinating internal resources and external partners to ensure project milestones are met
  • Help prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and project documentation
  • Monitor project progress and report status updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders
  • Participate in project meetings, including kick-off and review sessions
  • Support quality, cost, and timeline monitoring of deliverables
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with project documentation standards
  • Assist in maintaining client relationships and responding to client requests
  • Occasionally support site visits and help resolve operational or technical issues under guidance
