Responsibilities
- Support the PM with planning and scheduling infrastructure projects timelines
- Track the project milestones and ensure resource availability and allocation
- Align relevant objectives with key stakeholders, build and maintain infrastructure, assess and handle possible risks
- Support local resources, QC and QA to help ensuring compliance and coordinate local closing windows
- Communicate Global GITO guidelines and principles to the site
- Define the project scope and objectives, develop a detailed project plan, estimate resources and participants needed, set up schedules and tasks, define success criteria
- Support with the project budget, help ensuring that the project stays within its budget, make necessary adjustments to the budget as the project progresses
- Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks
- Manage relationships with high-level stakeholders, keep stakeholders informed about the project's progress, address their concerns, manage expectations
- Prepare and present regular project status reports, be present onsite to strengthen collaboration
- Oversee the problem-solving process for complex issues that arise during a project
