Junior QC Specialist

Summary

Join Ubisoft as a Specialized Tester and ensure Ubisoft games meet online requirements. You will execute online requirement tests, provide feedback to production teams, operate multiple platforms, investigate and report issues, and manage projects. Collaborate with various teams, create documentation, and continuously improve skills and processes. • Upper intermediate level of English or higher (spoken and written)
• Good understanding of Software Release life cycle

Responsibilities

• Execute Ubisoft Online Requirements tests when the project needs it and offer feedback to the production team on the level and quality of implementation
• Operate multiple platforms (PC, X1, PS4, XsX, PS5, NX, MAC)
• Support production teams in implementing the online features of the game
• Investigate, reproduce, report and track issues on the projects, find workarounds for production teams
• Manage one or more projects following established team actions and processes (planning and coordinating tests, raising project risks, ensuring proper test coverage)
• Acting as a node of communication between multiple teams: production teams, QC teams and complementary teams, providing them with relevant feedback on the project status and quality, providing visibility and obtaining required information
• Create various documentation and reports based on the project needs
• Seek new ways to improve own skills, as well as tools and procedures used in testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating tasks and/or groups of people
• Hands-on experience with several platforms
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Experience with multiple projects
• Mentorship experience
