Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or related discipline
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- 1-2 years of Salesforce technical experience
- Demonstrated ability to properly handle data (1-2 years)
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills; pays attention to details
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Assist in Salesforce administration; Perform daily configuration, training, support, maintenance, and improvement for PerfectServe’s Salesforce instance
- Maintain data integrity by coaching users on proper data handling and supporting data governance
- Assist in analyzing and redesigning the general architecture of the existing Salesforce platform to support strategic direction
- Support implementation of new enhancements including custom objects, workflows, email alerts, templates, data validation, and triggers
- Participate in cross-functional teams addressing strategic business issues involving Salesforce
- Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvements
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, training, configuration, and related materials
- Effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
- Update and maintain Salesforce records as needed, including record ownership, account hierarchies, and data cleanliness
- Understand Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
- Oversee automated list creation process and run ad-hoc reports for marketing and sales
- Ensure inbound leads are properly handed off from marketing to sales by staying on top of automated lead routing
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce administration certification a plus but not required. If the candidate does not currently possess the Certified Salesforce Administrator credential, they must obtain it within the first 6 months of employment
