Junior Salesforce Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a Junior Salesforce Analyst and contribute to the global CRM team's efforts in applying CRM and related tools to support user communities. As a key member, you'll provide daily end-user support, define user profiles, and collaborate with business analysts and developers.

Requirements

• Year, to two of experience with Salesforce.com
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and general CRM concepts
• An advantage would be Salesforce Admin certification (ADM201)
• Written and verbal fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Provide daily end-user support through cases raised on Salesforce.com
• Define user profiles, update permissions, share rules
• Setup new users in Salesforce.com
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers
• Manage the understanding of project, client and business criteria
• Define requirements and recommend solutions to internal clients
• Negotiate prioritisation requirements with business leadership teams
• Develop company information workflow programs by working with other functional units to meet business criteria
