Marketing Systems Analyst

Requirements

• Completion of bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 1-2 years minimum experience in a related position with a professional services company
• Familiarity with CRMs and workflow software such as: HubSpot, Salesforce, etc
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Strong written, verbal and listening skills
• Thrives in fast paced environment
• Enjoys collaborating with team as well as working independently and remotely
• Professional demeanor and able to effectively interact with internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing Systems Lead set up and maintain the HubSpot campaigns and execute direct mail campaigns
• Conduct market/competitor research
• Maintain data management tool
• Work with web development team, Marketing Systems Lead, and Digital Marketing lead to set up Microsites
• Help develop Microsite language to incorporate keywords along with Junior digital marketing analyst
