We're seeking a Junior Social Strategist & Content Creator to collaborate on social media strategy, content creation, and metrics analysis. As a key member of our team, you'll work directly with accounts and creative teams to create effective work in an enjoyable environment.

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in social media strategy and content creation

Responsibilities

• Collaborating on strategic concepting and planning for social media, content creation, and metrics analysis and reporting
• Strategic Concepting & Planning
• Research, social media audits, social listening, platform/channel determination, messaging and target audience identification
• Collaborating with and occasionally facilitating brainstorming workshops with the creative team to concept and execute content that drives engagement
• Keep the Zero team on top of trends and stay plugged into industry updates, following developments from major social platforms and innovative social marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the team on influencer discovery, strategy, outreach, briefing, and contracting
• Content Creation
• Collaborating on the production of social content creation for posts and video across various platforms and creating content yourself
• Collaborating with the creative team in ensuring the look, feel, and voice and tone stay on-brand for Zero’s clients
• Metrics Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze metrics on organic and paid channels to determine what’s working, what’s not, and where there are opportunities for change and growth
