As a Junior Software Engineer in Client Services, you are responsible for handling support escalations, troubleshooting issues, identifying solutions for issues on our customerโs behalf, and providing fixes as necessary. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 1-3 years of experience in software development
Responsibilities

- Troubleshooting issues
- Identifying solutions for issues on our customerโs behalf
- Providing fixes as necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience with Java
- Front-end experience with Angular or React is a plus
