Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
  • 1-3 years of experience in software implementation, data management, or a related area
  • Experience working with data and familiar with data integration tools
  • A good understanding of corporate software environments, such as PDM or ERP systems
  • Solid foundation in database design and SQL
  • Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, or C++)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Comfort with using software tools for data manipulation and analysis
  • Creative thinker with the ability to approach problems from new perspectives
  • Curiosity and eagerness to find innovative solutions to complex data challenges
  • Must be residing in and legally permitted to work in the EU

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and help collect the right data to understand their system environments
  • Assist with mapping data and collaborate with domain experts to ensure smooth integration workflows
  • Lead training sessions for end-users
  • Offer technical support to customers during the software implementation and deployment stages
  • Help create and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, user manuals, and technical specs
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams (including pre-sales, product leads, engineers, and domain experts) to ensure smooth and successful deployments for customers
