Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
- 1-3 years of experience in software implementation, data management, or a related area
- Experience working with data and familiar with data integration tools
- A good understanding of corporate software environments, such as PDM or ERP systems
- Solid foundation in database design and SQL
- Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, or C++)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Comfort with using software tools for data manipulation and analysis
- Creative thinker with the ability to approach problems from new perspectives
- Curiosity and eagerness to find innovative solutions to complex data challenges
- Must be residing in and legally permitted to work in the EU
Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and help collect the right data to understand their system environments
- Assist with mapping data and collaborate with domain experts to ensure smooth integration workflows
- Lead training sessions for end-users
- Offer technical support to customers during the software implementation and deployment stages
- Help create and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, user manuals, and technical specs
- Work alongside cross-functional teams (including pre-sales, product leads, engineers, and domain experts) to ensure smooth and successful deployments for customers
