Requirements
- Proven experience in software testing and development
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, generate and prioritize test cases and an understanding of complex systems
- A keen eye for detail and analysis, and you always keep the usersΒ΄ needs and wants in mind
- Not afraid to make mistakes and learn from them
- Fluent in the English language
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain quality management systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
- Perform manual testing of ERP system
- Create and update scenarios and test cases based on analytical documentation and business requirements
- Report and document bugs and risks in the defect management system (e.g. AzureDevOps)
- Define and prioritize acceptance test cases that meet the user story acceptance criteria and execute the test cases during sprints
- Monitor test coverage and adjust test cases as needed to ensure maximum integration and user stories coverage
- Measure the effectiveness of testing and design, using customer satisfaction data and you report any issues you come across
- Review user stories and proposed designs with testability in mind and drive testability improvements in every solution
- Deliver detailed and prioritized test plans which meet the Testing Strategy and Product vision
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile/lean work experience is preferred
- Experience in API and UI testing is a plus
- Experience with AzureDevOps, PlayWright, Confluence, SpecFlow is a plus
- Knowledge Gherkin is a plus
- ISTQB Certification is a plus
