Requirements

• 1 - 2 years' experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT contract recruitment or technical staffing
• Strong knowledge of current IT technologies, market trends, and job functions
• Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and referrals
• Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a KPI-driven and high-performance environment
• Experience working with an ATS and CRM tools

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview IT professionals across a range of technologies and industries
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT contractors through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and ATS
• Match candidate skills and experience with client job requirements and negotiate contract terms
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, and contractor care
• Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure high levels of engagement and redeployment opportunities
• Collaborate with account managers and sales teams to understand client needs and provide recruitment support
• Maintain up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Ensure compliance with legal and company hiring standards
