Junior Recruiter

Summary

Join Intetics Inc. as a Junior Recruiter (Start in IT & AI| German-speaking) Data Labeling, Short-term and gain hands-on experience in a real AI product used in recruiting. No prior IT experience is required; fluency in German and English, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are key. You will review job search queries, analyze AI-generated job postings, label postings for relevance, ensure data quality, and collaborate with the client's team. This is a short-term, fully remote position offering a unique opportunity to enter the IT/AI field using your HR background. The role involves approximately 20–30 workdays of annotation during Summer 2025.

Requirements

• Have 0–1 years of experience in recruiting, HR support, or people operations
• Speak German and English fluently
• Like working with structured information and following clear instructions
• Are curious, self-organized, and ready to work remotely

Responsibilities

• Review real job search queries and analyze AI-generated job posting results
• Label postings for relevance and application likelihood using clear HR-based rules
• Ensure quality of data by performing checks and flagging unclear cases
• Collaborate with the client’s team in German (written and spoken)
• Work in secure digital environments with full remote flexibility
• Complete around 20–30 workdays of annotation during Summer 2025
