Requirements
- Have 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR support, or people operations
- Speak German and English fluently
- Like working with structured information and following clear instructions
- Are curious, self-organized, and ready to work remotely
Responsibilities
- Review real job search queries and analyze AI-generated job posting results
- Label postings for relevance and application likelihood using clear HR-based rules
- Ensure quality of data by performing checks and flagging unclear cases
- Collaborate with the client’s team in German (written and spoken)
- Work in secure digital environments with full remote flexibility
- Complete around 20–30 workdays of annotation during Summer 2025
