Summary

The job is for a junior UX designer at Sonar, a company specializing in code quality management. The role involves participating in user-related problem discovery, solution discovery, solution design, implementation, and assessment of features while working with product managers to break down objectives into feasible delivery plans.

Requirements

You will be at the beginning of your journey in UX, learning to self-manage and take direction, still developing your self-management skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in identifying new potential problems for users by driving user-related problem discovery and pairing with Product managers to support business-related problem discovery
• Participate in Solution discovery to map possible solutions and constraints to prepare the best options for users that Engineering can build, involving the product trio
• Drive the solution design to define, plan, evaluate and deliver a solution that fits the entire product experience and adequately solves the problem set out to be solved
• Support the implementation of such features and improvements in the product by continuously working with engineering while you bring our solutions to life together
• Participate in assessing a feature once it is out in the wild, measuring its impact and success versus what was initially planned
• Participate and support Product managers in breaking down objectives into feasible, valuable and timely delivery plans and roadmaps
