Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Strong technical capabilities, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, and information architecture
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or enterprise software industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools such as Invision, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing platforms
  • Familiarity with React & HTML/CSS
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to receive and provide constructive feedback

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process from concept to execution
  • Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Develop interactive design solutions that enhance user engagement
  • Design and optimize user flows, ensuring seamless navigation and task completion
  • Collaborate with developers to implement interactive elements effectively
  • Organize and structure content to improve findability and usability
  • Develop sitemaps, hierarchies, and taxonomy of the product features
  • Ensure that complex cybersecurity information is presented clearly and logically
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on product goals
  • Present design concepts and rationale to team members and leadership
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
