Summary

Join Brevo's Customer Success team as a Key Account Manager Apprentice! Support the KAM team in managing strategic customer relationships. You will coordinate sales activities, optimize processes, and contribute to maximizing customer satisfaction and sales performance. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to learn key account strategies, build customer relationships, and identify sales opportunities within a fast-growing international company. You'll gain experience in drafting commercial offers, participating in negotiations, and representing Brevo at trade fairs. This role requires a Master's degree in international business or a similar field, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • Master I or II in a higher education degree of international business or similar fields
  • Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills in both French and English

Responsibilities

  • Discover the key account strategy by preparing the mapping of key contacts for strategic accounts
  • Draft prospection emails and phone calls to secure appointments
  • Build trusting relationships with customer contacts and propose appropriate strategies to maximize collaboration
  • Identify additional sales opportunities (upsell / cross-sell / expansion)
  • Understand, monitor and anticipate the renewal of existing contracts and verify their correct application
  • Participate in the drafting of commercial offers, negotiations and contractual elements
  • Represent the company at trade fairs to reinforce sales teams
  • Report activity in the CRM and make proposals to improve existing processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish would be a plus
  • You are curious, proactive and have good interpersonal skills
  • You have an interest in technology and you like to understand how things work and get done
  • You are solution-oriented and customer-oriented
  • You know how to work by yourself and be part of a team!
