Knowledge Base Manager

Summary

Join Pallon, a fast-growing AI company, as a Technical Writer focusing on Knowledge Base management for our internal bootcamp and knowledge platform. Collaborate with the Education Team to develop self-help content, including how-to guides, troubleshooting manuals, FAQs, and video documentation. You will create an information architecture driven by internal team needs, embrace iterative enhancements, and guide colleagues in refining authoring processes. This role requires over 2 years of experience in technical writing or content creation, experience with tailored training, and familiarity with content strategy. Requirements

• Possess over 2 years of experience in technical writing or content creation
• Have experience in providing tailored training and working with SMEs to create content
• Familiarity with content strategy, spanning planning, writing, delivery, and governance
• Be comfortable working with agile project management methodologies
• Have experience overseeing cross-functional projects and collaborations
• Take on feedback and briefs quickly without needing to be reminded

Responsibilities

• Develop a repository of self-help content, encompassing how-to guides, troubleshooting manuals, FAQs, and video documentation
• Create an information-architecture approach to organizing content and materials that is driven by our internal teams needs
• Embrace metrics, measurement, experimentation, and iterative enhancements
• Guide colleagues in refining authoring processes and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Intercom for Knowledge Base management
• Previous management of a KB or Help Center in SaaS, Tech, other start up related environments
• Familiar with effectively interviewing SMEs and collecting their knowledge
