Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in field or event marketing
  • 2+ years of marketing for B2B high-tech products/solutions ideally for Enterprise accounts
  • Able to travel up to 40% of the time; North America based
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional work are part of your personal philosophy
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and run multiple concurrent project demands within established timelines
  • Self-motivated with a strong bias for action and willing to proactively take on issues within project teams and the company at large
  • Strong leadership and influencer skill set; ability to quickly get to the heart of a problem and mobilize the right people to solve it
  • Passion for results, measurement and optimization to continuously drive ROI
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our Enterprise sales teams to lead an account-based and regional field marketing strategy that sources new pipeline and accelerates existing pipeline among Enterprise accounts
  • Plan and execute integrated programs that deliver WOW moments to Enterprise accounts
  • Drive business impact by actively problem-solving Sales team’s challenges
  • Deliver robust event programming & experiences that are recognized as exceptionally high quality at scale
  • Achieve marketing KPIs and support sales & growth objectives; measure and provide closed-loop reporting on critical metrics across programs
  • Drive multiple initiatives simultaneously with flawless execution; above and beyond specific program deliverables
  • Manage event budget; evaluate results against goals, and generate learnings for improvement
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
