Join Samsara's top-notch marketing team as a highly organized and energetic marketing professional. Lead the development and execution of large-scale, high-impact marketing programs supporting our go-to-market strategy. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing. This remote position (excluding specific metro areas) offers the opportunity to impact global industries and contribute to a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in field or event marketing
- 2+ years of marketing for B2B high-tech products/solutions ideally for Enterprise accounts
- Able to travel up to 40% of the time; North America based
- Attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional work are part of your personal philosophy
- Executive presence and strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and run multiple concurrent project demands within established timelines
- Self-motivated with a strong bias for action and willing to proactively take on issues within project teams and the company at large
- Strong leadership and influencer skill set; ability to quickly get to the heart of a problem and mobilize the right people to solve it
- Passion for results, measurement and optimization to continuously drive ROI
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Enterprise sales teams to lead an account-based and regional field marketing strategy that sources new pipeline and accelerates existing pipeline among Enterprise accounts
- Plan and execute integrated programs that deliver WOW moments to Enterprise accounts
- Drive business impact by actively problem-solving Sales team’s challenges
- Deliver robust event programming & experiences that are recognized as exceptionally high quality at scale
- Achieve marketing KPIs and support sales & growth objectives; measure and provide closed-loop reporting on critical metrics across programs
- Drive multiple initiatives simultaneously with flawless execution; above and beyond specific program deliverables
- Manage event budget; evaluate results against goals, and generate learnings for improvement
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
