Knowledge Manager

Summary

Join Sidecar Health, a company redefining health insurance, as a Knowledge Manager. You will be responsible for building, organizing, and maintaining internal and external knowledge resources related to the company's health plan. This role requires ensuring information accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate possesses experience in knowledge management or a related field, strong writing skills, and familiarity with knowledge base tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or healthcare documentation (preferably in insurance or a related field)
• Strong ability to translate complex insurance policies into clear, digestible content
• Familiarity with knowledge base tools (e.g., Confluence, Zendesk Guide, Notion, or similar)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for making information more useful
• Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Curate and Maintain Knowledge: Build, organize, and update a centralized database of health plan information (e.g., coverage details, benefits, provider policies, and FAQs)
• Ensure Accuracy and Compliance: Track policy changes and ensure documentation stays aligned with regulatory and internal updates
• Optimize Accessibility: Make information easy to find, understand, and use—for both members and customer support teams
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product, operations, and customer service teams to identify knowledge gaps and improve resources
• Implement Knowledge Tools: Manage knowledge bases, documentation software, and other systems to streamline access to information
• Train and Educate: Help internal teams navigate and effectively use knowledge resources
