Requirements
- Ability to positively, proactively, and professionally communicate and engage young people and professionals
- Clean driving licence and able to drive own car throughout the day (and evening when required)
- Efficiently manage own time, balancing each step in the engagement process
- Knowledge of regional demographics and priorities of Commissioners
- Efficient administration
- Able to analyse data from Salesforce, and begin to glean insights to improve performance
- GCSE in English and Maths - Level 5 or above
- Further Education qualification in teaching, marketing, sales, youth work or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Promote Kooth to young people in schools and colleges
- Prioritise engagement of secondary schools and colleges, with at least the largest 50% (based on pupil number) engaged in the past 6 months i.e. minimum of an intro email sent and one or more telephone calls made per setting
- Deliver whole school or whole year group assembly presentations about Kooth - a minimum audience of 50 young people if visiting in person - and a minimum of 3 per week
- ���Whole school” delivery - once a school is engaged, strive to secure assemblies for ALL year groups + staff training + parent comms (NB Qwell for teachers and parents)
- Maintain an up to date database of ALL secondary schools and FE/ Sixth Form colleges in contract area(s) using the current Engagement Plan (EP) template
- Host stalls at high footfall public events, including Freshers Fairs
- Focus on virtual, direct to CYP promotion of Kooth to clusters of primary schools (not F2F in individual schools), and only in the summer term
- Inform and promote Kooth (and Qwell where applicable) to referrers
- Build and maintain an up to database of all GP surgeries and medical centres in contract area(s) with named Practice Managers where possible
- Promote Kooth (and for Qwell if applicable to use for themselves or to refer adults) to education, healthcare & local community professionals by offering staff training - allocating your time according to the percentage split of time per group as shown above - also taking into account Commissioner priorities
- Join local social media groups and promote Kooth (& Qwell) using resources supplied centrally or via your team’s Canva Creation Lead
- Raise awareness with parents/carers about Kooth (and that Qwell is available for them where applicable) by attending secondary school parents’ evenings
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge about our Kooth and Qwell service, safeguarding, chat process and user benefit
- Demonstrate understanding and execution of the “6 steps to success” engagement process - and be willing to support your sub regional team by taking ownership of one of the steps for all sub region contracts, as agreed with your line manager
- Continuously improve confidence, presentation skills and use of interactivity whilst public speaking, seeking support from your line manager if needed
- Take a strategic approach to diary management and planning outreach to maximise reach and minimise travel time across the whole contract area(s)
- Use monthly data and Commissioner priorities to assess and evolve your engagement approach, in discussion with your line manager in monthly 1-1s
- Represent your work and Kooth plc with knowledge and professionalism in quarterly Commissioner meetings
- Timely administration to ensure Salesforce and Engagement Plans are up to date
- Share all new contacts sourced with Channel Marketing Manager for uploading into Hubspot
- Attend critical regional network meetings where you will be presenting information about Kooth/Qwell
