Landscape Project Estimator

Join a fast-paced, growing, and exciting company full of great opportunities! The Landscape Project Estimator is responsible for receiving, proposing, organizing, and executing various enhancement projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Receive, assess, and respond to all landscape enhancement opportunities and any other out of scope services requested by client
• Gain thorough understanding of client’s needs and expectations through regular communication with team members assigned to the account, as well as the client themselves
• Coordinate with approved vendors and KBS zone managers to obtain estimated project costs, timeline and detailed requirements around each opportunity presented, negotiating on behalf of our client to ensure market competitiveness as well as the use of quality and qualified crews
• Draft and present proposal for enhancement promptly to client directly and/or to the applicable account team (for their presentation to the client)
• Track and manage all approved opportunities through completion by communicating consistently and clearly with performing vendor and the client and/or account team
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, completion, and any challenges encountered, providing regular updates to management and clients
• Work with leadership and IT to implement a system which allows KBS to manage and track all open opportunities and completed projects, including all necessary details around each
