Language Services Operations Intern in Greece

Summary

Dialectica is offering an exciting internship opportunity for university students pursuing a career in product development, data analysis, or business consulting services. The internship aims to develop communication and teamwork skills, broaden industry knowledge, and provide Business Operations experience within a global firm. Interns will support the Language Services team in daily operations, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar fields
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research
• Able to write, speak and present succinctly to deliver ideas, concepts in a multicultural team environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to commit to a minimum 3 month, or up to 6 month internship. Candidates who can commit to a full-time internship will be preferred
• Proficient in English

Responsibilities

• Supporting the daily operations of the Language Services team
• The coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the correct delivery of client’s transcripts
• Support the continuous improvement of internal processes of the team
• Team-wide collaboration. The Intern is expected to work closely with the Client Services Team and Content Platform team
