Human Resource Operations Project Intern in Singapore

Summary

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain employee records, including contact information, emergency contacts, benefits elections, and performance reviews
• Process new hire paperwork and onboarding documents
• Manage and file employee personnel files electronically
• Assist with benefits administration, including answering employee inquiries, processing enrollment forms, and maintaining benefits records
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with basic HR principles and practices (a plus)
