Requirements

• Possess a JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Be admitted to the Virginia state bar
• Have a proven revenue history and demonstrated ability to generate new business

Responsibilities

• Manage an established book of business
• Develop new business opportunities
• Expand existing client relationships
• Collaborate and actively participate in the firm’s business development initiatives and practice groups

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience in Intellectual Property, Trust & Estates, Mergers & Acquisitions, Employer-side employment, Real Estate (Commercial Lending), and Regulatory & Government practice areas
