Launch Manager

Summary

Join Miter as a Launch Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success with our HCM platform. You will manage customer implementations, provide training and coaching, and collaborate across various teams (Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success). This role involves migrating customer data, prioritizing new features based on customer feedback, and owning critical projects to establish a strong customer experience foundation. You'll need 3+ years of experience in consulting or a fast-growing SaaS company, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer training. • 3+ years of work experience in consulting or a fast-growing SaaS company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales
• Passion for training customers and internal Miter teams
• Tireless work ethic and determination
• High customer empathy and ability to answer product questions
• Attention to detail and strong organization skills
• Ability to keep track of many projects at a time

Responsibilities

• Manage the Miter implementation calendar and provide updates on the status of all in-flight projects to the broader Miter team
• Work with customers to migrate their employee and historical payroll data from their current system into Miter
• Provide training and product guidance throughout the implementation process to ensure that customers are ready to make the transition
• Learn Miter products inside and out, and work directly with our Engineering team to prioritize new features based on customer needs
