Join our Plaintiff's Employment Law firm in Beverly Hills as a full-time Law and Motion Attorney. We're seeking quality attorneys with litigation experience and strong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure.

Requirements

• JD from an Accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the State of California
• 3+ years litigation experience required
• Federal court practice is a plus
• Strong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure required
• Excellent written and analytical skills and a strong attention to detail are required

Responsibilities

• Draft case management orders
• Organize and analyze case information
• Provide reports to carrier
• Draft motions (including but not limited to motions for summary judgment and discovery motions)
• Make court appearances as necessary
• Respond to written discovery
• Efficiently conduct legal research
