Requirements

• Higher legal education
• Experience in the field of law for 5 years
• Knowledge of civil, economic, intellectual, corporate, international, and banking law
• Ability to negotiate with international consultants/lawyers
• Confident PC user (MS Office, Excel), legal systems RADA and LIGA
• Upper-intermediate English

Responsibilities

• Conduct KYC & client's DD checks
• Banking compliance
• Cooperation with corporate agents
• Legal compliance
• Preparation of documents necessary for the company's B2B gambling license obtaining and maintenance
• Drafting and reviewing different types of international contracts
• Cooperation with foreign legal advisers on legal matters related to the Group’s legal entities operation
