Requires Bachelor's degree, experience in facilitating or instructing others, strong communication skills, ability to engage with all levels of management, and proficiency in Google Workspace products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality learning programs
• Manage logistics for learning sessions
• Produce virtual training sessions via Google Meet
• Assist in developing learning programs for soft skills and leadership
• Create training manuals, guides, and course materials
• Curate third-party training materials
• Evaluate program effectiveness through various methods
• Stay current with L&D industry trends
• Support e-learning creation and LMS administration

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Articulate software
• Experience with e-learning development
