Summary
Join phData, a leading data analytics company, as a Consultant to help clients extract value from their data. You will deliver project-based consulting engagements, manage client expectations, create reporting and data visualization solutions, and analyze product performance. Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience and/or demonstrated expertise in data analytics and data visualization platforms in an enterprise environment
- Strong data visualization skills using Power BI
- Data preparation experience using Alteryx or KNIME (or similar tools like Matillion, Dataiku, or Coalesce is a plus)
- Demonstrated expertise in data fluency and communicating to business users
- Knowledge of SQL experience leveraging data warehouse, data marts, and/or data models (in Snowflake environment preferred)
- Exceptional customer facing skills, including outstanding communication skills and project management skills
- Strong problem solving skills with a passion for learning and mastering new technologies, techniques, and procedures
Responsibilities
- Deliver on project-based consulting engagements; help clients develop analytical requirements through prototyping and visualization
- Manage clients expectations by leading weekly status reports to clients; proactively solicit client feedback by running working sessions
- Create reporting and data visualization solutions
- Analyze, troubleshoot and / or tune product performance or deployment issues when required
- Support or assist with backlog support and development
- Identify and recommend functionality and solutions to meet and enhance user requirements
- Recommend best practices to optimize data models, reports, and overall platform architecture
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of Consulting experience
- Expertise with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents
- Power BI Service administration experience including security roles, infrastructure set up
- Previous experience scaling Power BI at an enterprise level
- Previous experience leading teams of consultants to ensure performance, utilization and project delivery
