Requirements

• Experienced Developer: 4-6 years of solid experience in software development, specifically with a proven track record in Android app development and launching impactful applications in the Play Store
• Proficient with Kotlin and Java
• Strong understanding of Android SDK and different versions of Android
• Architectural Acumen: Significant experience in architecting large-scale Android applications, showcasing an understanding of design patterns, best practices, and structuring apps for scalability, maintainability, and optimal performance
• Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrated technical leadership, guiding teams through complex development challenges and providing mentorship to junior developers to foster their professional growth
• Comprehensive Tech Stack Knowledge: A broad understanding of the Android tech stack, with the ability to integrate various frameworks and third-party libraries seamlessly
• Lifecycle Management Expertise: Deep familiarity with the full mobile development lifecycle, ensuring excellence from initial concept through to deployment and beyond
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex technical challenges with innovative solutions
