Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study
• 6-10 years experience in backend development with leadership exposure and experience mentoring junior engineers
• Proficiency in full stack languages such as C#, .NET Core, and skills in React.js
• Practical experience with Mongo/Mongoose for seamless data management
• Must have experience with CRM integration (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot), OAuth solutions, and GCP debugging and configuration
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop features according to the product roadmap
• Guide the development process of other developers
• Proactively take responsibility for the entire development cycle
