Summary

The job description is for a BI Lead position in a remote-first company (StackAdapt) that specializes in multi-channel advertising solutions. The role involves designing and implementing automated reporting infrastructure, monitoring business metrics, performing deep-dive analysis, building data pipelines, and managing relationships with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in Business intelligence/Data/Analytics teams and/or platforms building predictive data & analytics solutions
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, with a proven academic track record (e.g., finance, economics, statistics, math, etc.)
  • Minimum 4+ years of working experience in a quantitative or analytics-driven environment with a solid understanding of statistical techniques
  • Experience scripting with SQL and/or Python, extracting large sets of data, and designing ETL flows
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting detailed technical and statistical analyses to senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Design and implementation of automated, scalable reporting infrastructure and analytics solutions
  • Continuously and meticulously monitor, report & review business metrics and supply quality with internal stakeholders translating data into actionable prescriptive insights and recommendations
  • Initiate, execute and fully own projects from planning to execution collaborating with other BI team members
  • Perform deep-dive analysis to understand trends, and anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
  • Design and build data pipelines, ETL workflows and Dashboards collaborating with other Analysts on the team
  • Independently build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Director/VP+ level
  • Partner closely with Inventory & Data Partnerships, Product Solutions, and Platform Quality Teams, and work cross-functionally on data analysis providing meaningful and strategic recommendations to teams

Preferred Qualifications

Programmatic Advertising experience/expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, SSPs, publishers or other related platforms preferred
