Lead Computer Support Specialist

Summary

Join Correlation One, a leader in AI workforce skills development, as a Lead Instructor! You will play a key role in delivering engaging virtual training programs to large groups of Fellows (20-2,000). This remote role, ideally based in the US, Canada, or UK, requires excellent communication and teaching skills. You'll lead virtual classroom instruction, prepare lectures, collaborate with operations personnel, and ensure exceptional learning outcomes. A degree in a Computer Science-related field or relevant industry experience is required, with advanced credentials and research experience preferred. Requirements

• An excellent educator with a passion for teaching and helping others
• Degree in a Computer Science related field and / or industry experience in a computer specialist related role
• Outstanding team and people management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the instruction of a “virtual classroom” within a larger program
• Conduct lectures during dates and times indicated
• Approximately 1 hour / week preparation for lecture
• Collaborate with Correlation One operations personnel to perform class duties well and stay on schedule

• Post-graduate and research work at top institutions
• Advanced credentials from top educational institutions
• Familiarity with Computer hardware and software basics
• Familiarity with Operating systems
• Familiarity with Network – VPN, security, remote access
• Familiarity with Cybersecurity – anti-virus
