Lead Cloud Support Specialist

Summary

Join Correlation One as a Lead Instructor and shape the future of the AI economy! You will lead virtual classroom instruction for 200-1000 Fellows in our Cloud Support Specialist training program. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, providing curricular feedback, and collaborating with operations personnel. This remote position requires 6-8 years of experience in relevant fields, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, specific certifications, teaching experience, and fluency in English. The compensation is location-specific and considers experience, education, and skills. The role runs from February 25th to July 24th, 2025, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm EST.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of professional work experience in Cloud Support, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, DevOps, etc
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software engineering, Computer engineering, Information systems, Network administration, or Cybersecurity or equivalent professional experience
• Certifications: CompTIA Network+, Linux+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
• Must be an Amazon Authorized Instructor (AAI)
• Teaching experience with adult learners
• A desire to support students in expanding their careers and transitioning into technical roles
• Fluent in English; professional verbal and writing skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the instruction of a “virtual classroom” consisting of between 200-1000 Fellows
• Instruct Fellows using Cloud Support Specialist content provided by Correlation One
• Prepare in advance for all assigned live sessions and provide curricular input and feedback ahead of sessions
• Offer additional expertise and resources from the Cloud Support community
• In some cases and if there is candidate interest, Instructors may also support curriculum development, when interested and for additional compensation
• Collaborate with Correlation One operations personnel to perform class duties well and stay on schedule
