Requirements

• Extensive experience with BigQuery and Dataform
• Comfortable leading the design and implementation of ETL processes
• Passionate about accuracy and completeness of data and data assurance practises
• Able to define requirements for a data strategy for protecting PII along with their execution
• Strong SQL skills and experience in Data Engineering
• Experience working in an agile environment with continuous improvement attitude
• Knowledge of using a general-purpose programming language (e.g. Python)

Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage the Data Engineers
• Shape how we deliver the data models for our business
• Work in a cross-functional agile team to build ETL pipelines
• Use technical expertise to deliver the models alongside other engineers
• Work closely with Data Analysts and other data consumers to identify roadmap deliverables
• Enforce data quality standards for accuracy and completeness of our data
