Tech Lead Data Engineer, BI

Summary

Join Encora as a Data Engineer and play a crucial role in data modeling, transformation, and pipeline development. You will ensure data is organized, accessible, and ready for analysis. Collaborate with customers, including BI and software engineering teams, to integrate and maintain high-quality data. This full-time, work-from-home position in Brazil requires experience in data modeling and pipeline development, along with proficiency in SQL, Python, AWS Redshift, and Apache Airflow. You will develop and maintain data pipelines, model and transform data, and work with various tools. Leading team members and creating technical documentation are also key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain efficient and scalable data pipelines
• Model and transform data to meet analysis and reporting needs
• Work with tools such as Apache Airflow and AWS Redshift
• Lead other BI or DE team members
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
• Develop dashboards in AWS Quicksight with the support of another BI Analyst

• Data Warehouse and dimensional modeling
• Salesforce
• Experience creating dashboards with BI tools, mainly AWS Quicksight
