Summary

The job is for a Data Warehouse Lead at Zeal Group, a global FinTech organization. The role involves leading the development and management of the data warehouse, collaborating with stakeholders, improving data architecture, ensuring system reliability, evaluating new tools, implementing proactive monitoring, and working with cross-functional teams for data insights.

Requirements

• Experience in Data Pipelines, ETL, Data Quality, OLAP, Big data frameworks
• Experience in Infrastructure and DevOps, Cloud infrastructure, Terraform, k8s, Docker, Prometheus
• Experience in Data Modelling, Data warehouses, Workflow Managers
• Experience in Backend Development, API, Micro-services, OLTP storages, Stream processing
• Experience with Continuous Integration Tools (Gitlab Ci, Teamcity, Jenkins)
• Experience with Python, SQL

Responsibilities

• Lead and Own the Development and Management of the Data Warehouse
• Collaborate with stakeholders and company leaders on the data platform requirements
• Continuously improve data architecture for scalability and maintain compliance with data privacy laws and industry standards
• Ensure automated testing, monitoring, and alerting are integrated into CI/CD processes to maintain system reliability and minimize downtime
• Evaluate and Implement New Data Tools and Technologies
• Implement proactive monitoring and automated error detection, ensuring that data quality standards are maintained consistently across systems
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide data insights, reports, and infrastructure support for strategic initiatives or ad hoc analyses

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform
• Experience in Business Intelligence (BI tools, Dashboards, Visualizations)
• Experience in Data Analytics (Statistical Analysis, Presentation skills)
• Experience in Machine Learning (ML/DL techniques, Feature engineering, MLOps)
