The successful candidate will lead a team of Level Designers to create content for upcoming releases, collaborate with directors to plan content, and mentor junior members of the team. Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Level Designers to create fun and visually appealing buildings, landmarks, and POIs for Fortnite Battle Royale
• Use creative leadership to focus design efforts around building competitive and compelling gameplay spaces that achieve seasonal goals
• Collaborate with Directors to plan content that tells stories, pushing the narrative and storytelling in the world
• Work with Art, Production, and Directors to establish vision and plan content for seasonal updates
• Represent the Level Design team in meetings and planning, championing rules, metrics, budgets and guidelines for creating content for Fortnite
• Attend playtests, provide feedback, and identify practical solutions to problems
• Mentor more junior members of the Level Design team, providing feedback, reviews, and growth planning

Benefits

Base pay ranges: California Base Pay Range $158,988 — $233,182 USD, Washington Base Pay Range $151,761 — $222,583 USD
