Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a design leadership role
• Exceptional skills in graphic design, typography, layout, and color theory
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or Figma
• Strong project management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic mindset with a keen understanding of branding and marketing principles

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all marketing collateral
• Lead the design process for a wide range of marketing materials
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
• Manage a junior designer, providing mentorship, feedback, and guidance
