Requirements

  • 5+ years of DevOps experience with AWS
  • Proven experience presenting technical solutions to executives
  • Experience leading DevOps teams or technical infrastructure projects
  • Hands-on with Terraform (infrastructure as code)
  • Strong expertise with Kubernetes / EKS, Docker, and ECS migrations
  • Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
  • Using monitoring and observability tools (any major platform)
  • Incident management and 24/7 production operations experience
  • Cost optimization and infrastructure performance tuning
  • Fluent English for client-facing collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure strategies in AWS/Azure, making architecture decisions hands-o
  • Lead DevOps engineering efforts while mentoring junior team members
  • Translate business requirements into scalable infrastructure roadmaps and present them to executives
  • Establish tooling and DevOps best practices across teams and companies
  • Lead and execute complex cloud migrations with minimal disruption
  • Coordinate with distributed teams in the US and India through flexible scheduling and asynchronous collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Datadog, Grafana, or Akamai CDN
  • Familiarity with Azure, CloudFormation, Ansible, Jenkins, or Mux Enterprise
  • Proficiency in Python or Go for scripting and automation
  • Experience with GitHub Actions, Helm, or advanced EKS scaling
  • Previous work in consulting or multi-client environments
