Lead Engineer

Summary

Track24 Limited is seeking a Lead Engineer to guide the development of their location intelligence platform AtlasNXT, ensuring successful execution of technical projects and driving innovation. The role involves collaboration with the CTO and other stakeholders, working on both Elixir and DevOps stacks, and is based in London but can be remote.

Requirements

• Experience leading DevOps tasks
• Proven experience in a leadership role within software development, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong proficiency with Elixir and BEAM languages
• Experience with full-stack development
• Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies, particularly Agile

Responsibilities

• Guiding engineering efforts
• Collaborating closely with the CTO and other stakeholders to refine strategy and feature development
• Being responsible for the entire development life cycle

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong ability to mentor and support engineers while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Experience working with location-based technologies is a plus
