Summary
The Lead Experience Researcher is a key member of Aledade's XDR team, focusing on understanding the needs of patients and medical practice staff in primary care settings. The role involves developing and managing a research roadmap, conducting user research activities, communicating findings effectively, collaborating with other designers & researchers, and meeting minimum qualifications such as 8+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor's degree.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in user experience research, product research, usability testing, fieldwork or something similar
- Possess a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in human-computer interaction, ethnography, psychology, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a comprehensive research roadmap across multiple features connected to a broad product offering, in alignment with product goals and business needs
- Expertly conduct foundational and evaluative user research activities
- Analyze and synthesize data to uncover actionable insights
- Communicate with impact by turning complex research findings into compelling stories, reports and presentations that resonate with stakeholders, executives, and product teams to influence design and product decisions
- Collaborate with the other designers & researchers in the XDR practice to elevate human-centered design thinking and build team intuition about internal and external users
Preferred Qualifications
- Masterβs Degree
- Advanced quantitative research expertise
- Experience working in complex and or highly regulated industries such as healthcare
