Summary

Requirements

• Experienced in user experience (UX) design and related areas (User Interface, UX Writer, UX Researcher etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Creative thinking and effective problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma etc
• Familiarity with Low Code, preferably Framer
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-ones to provide personalized orientation and feedback
• Develop and collaborate in the creation of individual development plans (IDPs)
• Monitor team performance
• Assist in the evaluation of new hires during the selection process
• Manage and track team performance
• Collaborate with other team leaders to promote a culture of collaboration and excellence
