• Minimum 7+ years of experience shipping multiple titles as a gameplay designer
• 2+ years of experience in a lead gameplay designer role

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and outcome of gameplay features, balance game mechanics, craft engaging quests and scenarios, and ensure a compelling gameplay experience
• Lead, develop, and grow the design team, enabling designers to achieve their career goals and best outcomes while also increasing the capabilities of the team
• Actively participate in big-picture decisions and ensure the design team focuses on the right elements to achieve superior results
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform design decisions, adjust live balance in real-time, and react quickly to changing project needs, driving to effective solutions
• Work closely with production to identify, prioritize, assign, and evaluate design work

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with multiplayer cooperative games, systems design, analytics tools/languages/processes, and visual scripting is a plus
