Responsibilities

• Identify potential affiliates through platforms like Substack and Seeking Alpha, using keyword-based searches and filters by category
• Collect and organize data: For each prospect, gather their name, article links, Substack/Seeking Alpha profiles, and LinkedIn/Twitter (X) profiles
• Avoid duplication by checking against our outreach tracking sheet before contacting anyone
• Send outreach messages using pre-approved message templates across LinkedIn, Substack, and Twitter/X
• LinkedIn: Use direct messages or connection requests (with character-limited note)
• Twitter/X: Follow users and send DMs when available
• Coordinate follow-ups by notifying our co-founders when responses are received, so they can take over relationship building
• Use AI tools (optional but encouraged) to personalize outreach templates quickly and efficiently
• Communicate openly with the team by asking questions, sharing screenshots of drafts, and confirming messages before sending
• Contribute to improving the outreach process by suggesting edits to templates or workflow enhancements
